Designing and building a website is a multi-step process. During the design process, I talk to the client to understand their expectations for their webpage. Knowing how the client plans to use their webpage, including the desired customer experience, is essential. The site may be for a blog, an e-commerce site, an informational page, a business site, or perhaps for a local club.

Once I understand what the client is looking for, I begin a basic layout process, including deciding on fonts and color schemes and gathering pictures, documents, and information for the site. Next would be to produce a layout and provide it to the client to approve and make changes. Finally, the actual website development begins.
